Sales Training
The sales training contains:

  • Five (5) Residential Sales Consultant classes each year.
    • Two week class focused on technical and sales to better equip the RSC for success in their region.
  • Two (2) Commercial Account Manager classes yearly.
    • Two week program focused on technical and sales to better position the RSC for success in their market.
  • Two (2) different sales classes put on for General Managers twice a year, totaling four-and-a-half training days, focusing on sales culture and everyday sales management.

Technical Training
The technical training for technicians includes:

  • HVAC tune-up procedural training twice a year
  • Carbon monoxide and heat exchanger inspection yearly
  • Technical communication and ‘build-a-tech’ biannually
  • Continual NATE certification and specialty courses on demand

Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning is investing in additional training through the use of a Learning Management System, to drive assigned and ad hoc curriculum to better train our technical personnel.

Miscellaneous Training

  • Semiannually, conduct Operational Excellence for General Managers, to give support, tools, and structure for managing a business from the P&L perspective.

Customer Service Specialist

  • Three (3) times a year, participate in outbound calling over a one (1) day program. In this program we cover heating and cooling industry basics, why people buy, calling techniques, scripts, customer buying indicators, and overcoming customer grievances.

Dispatcher

  • No formal classes provided. Ongoing training provided by the General Manager and applicable staff at the center.
